Kenton City Schools Alumni Hall of Fame nominations for 2020 are now open until Feburary 1st

The Kenton City Schools’ Board of Education is pleased to announce that the second class of Alumni Hall of Fame inductees will be selected in March 2020. The Alumni Hall of Fame will honor the exceptional achievements and unique talents of KCS graduates who significantly encourage others to inquire, dream and excel. Nominees for this recognition must have graduated from Kenton High School at least ten years prior to the nomination date and should demonstrate excellence in one or more of the following areas: achievement, character, citizenship, community, humanity, leadership or philanthropy. Candidates may be nominated posthumously.

Nominations can be entered in this online form or you may download this form and print it out to complete. Forms can also be picked up in the superintendent’s office at the Board of Education. Completed applications may be submitted by mailing a copy to the district superintendent. The deadline for submission of nominations is 4 p.m., February 1, 2020. The mission of the Hall of Fame is to serve as a testimony to cultivate the educational foundation and empowerment of our graduates who positively influence and contribute to the well being of our community and society.

Individuals serving on the Alumni Hall of Fame committee are Russell Blue, Brady Collins, Jon Cross, Nate Lawrence, Ronald Marvin, Mark Rush, Laurie Steinman, and Shana Stout.
