Students in the Kenton HIgh School FFA classes and Art classes recently completed the painting of an ODOT snow plow blade for the 2022 Paint the Plow Program.
The competition is open to all high schools, and judged by district. The goals of the program are to promote public awareness, promote safety and foster greater appreciation of both ODOT and the school’s art program.
Photographs of snow blades will be on display at each county’s fair and blades will be at parades and other events. Painted blades will then be put into service next winter.
