On May 5th and Friday, May 6th, the Kenton-OHP FFA chapter attended the 94th annual State FFA Convention. Five students were awarded with their State FFA Degree. These students include Chloe Anderson, Devan Dulin, Gunnar Stout, Addy Modd and Lora Harder. Madison Kugel played for the State FFA Band. Lora Harder earned a gold rating on her Secretary’s Book. Chloe Anderson won first place in the state with her Nursery Operations Proficiency and second place in her Agricultural Communications Proficiency. Chloe also served as a student reporter for Ohio Ag Net and received the Earl “Doc” Canter Scholarship. In the picture above, students are standing with employees from Florida Farm Bureau during the expo. The Kenton-OHP FFA won first place in Ohio strawberries sales.
