For the first time in 15 years, the Kenton High School JROTC competed in a Raider Competition at the Knox County Career Center in Mt. Vernon. The group finished 12th of 24 teams and took 6th place in the One Rope Bridge competition.
“They all finished with a huge heart,” said Leuitinent Colonel Chris Fournier, one of two JROTC advisors in the district.
The team is back in action Saturday at Live Oakes in Mt. Orab, Ohio.
