On 26 Jan several students visited the Army and Air Force Reserve Officers’ Training (ROTC) programs at Bowling Green. ROTC prepares college students to become commissioned officers in the Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps, and Space Force. Kenton students were put through a mini Field Leadership Reaction Course (FLRC), learned about various career fields available in the Army and Air Force, observed the daily life of college cadets and what the programs entail, and were briefed on the various 4 year, 3 year, and 2 year scholarship opportunities available through these programs.
