The Kenton Wildcats battled to a thrilling five-set victory over the Marion Harding Presidents on Monday night, winning 25-23, 25-15, 21-25, 25-27, 15-12.
The Wildcats were led by a balanced offensive attack and strong defensive play. Ella Rogers tallied 13 points, Brayla Butler added 9 points and 16 digs, and Emori Criner contributed 10 points along with 12 receptions. Sidney Payne was dominant at the net, recording 13 kills and 6 blocks, while also adding 15 receptions and 14 digs. Rileigh Barnt chipped in with 7 kills and 2 blocks.
In the back row, Kylie Searson led with 16 receptions and 15 digs, while Ady Osborn anchored the defense with 11 receptions and 18 digs.
