We travelled to Benjamin Logan and got a late start due to the weather. We saw another weather delay with 29 minutes left in the first half. Benjamin Logan scored first with a deep, well placed shot. We answered quickly with a goal by Ellie Minter and went into the half tied 1-1. We gave up too many corner kicks and deep throw-ins in the second half and a loose ball found a way in over Hadley to put Benjamin Logan up 2-1. We missed a penalty kick that would have tied the game at 2-2. Both teams saw some decent chances in the second half, but we just couldn’t quite finish. Benjamin Logan intercepted a goal kick with 30 seconds left and found the back of the net to finish 3-1.
