The Kenton Boy’s Tennis Team opened their season with a 1-4 loss. Seth Spencer won at second singles 6-4, 6-3 over Deylon Toombs. Garraden Wirbel fell at first singles 1-6. 0-6 to Harding’s Sebastian Lisiecki. Brian Rogers lost 2-6, 0-6 to Jeffrey Stinson at third singles. Cale Harshfield and Wyatt Campbell pushed Reagan Tway and Landon Blackford to three sets before falling 1-6, 6-1, 1-6 at first doubles. Jack Whitmer and Ethan McNamara lost to Isaac Rice and Matthew Stover 1-6, 2-6 at second doubles. Kenton is home on Tuesday, March 31st for a match against Upper Sandusky.
