Kenton Varsity Wildcats fell 11-5 to Hardin Northern Varsity Polar Bears on Wednesday despite out-hitting them 12 to five. Brayla Butler, Kylee Kavanagh, Lyla Gammon, Alexis Ratliff, and Kaylee Barlow each collected two hits for Kenton Varsity Wildcats.
Hardin Northern Varsity Polar Bears rallied for the victory despite trailing 5-0 in the third.
Kenton Varsity Wildcats jumped out to the lead in the top of the first inning after Butler doubled, scoring one run, and Ratliff homered to center field, scoring two runs.
