Students in the Career Pathway course participated in National Manufacturing Day (MFG Day)

Kenton High School Juniors enrolled in Mrs. Cross’ “Career Pathway” course participated in National Manufacturing Day (MFG Day) on October 1st.   Each year, MFG Day is held on the first Friday in October in order to show students what modern manufacturing is all about.

KHS Juniors download the free, “Smart MFG 2” app, available on Apple and Android devices, to virtually fly a drone and then take a tour of a drone manufacturing plant filled with cutting-edge tech. Since 2012, MFG Day has helped students learn more about modern manufacturing and discover exciting future career opportunities in the manufacturing industry.
