KHS alumni in the class of 2019, 2020, 2021 who received the R.E. & Joan S. Allen scholarship can apply for renewal. This is a paper application that can be printed from the links below or can be picked up in the KHS office. Applicants are responsible for mailing all parts of the application directly to the Allen Foundation. Recommenders also mail the form directly to the Allen Foundation. Applications and recommendations are due June 15th.
