KHS Top Twenty performs on NBA stage

On Monday, December 26, members of Top Twenty and the Vocal Music Department traveled to Cleveland, Ohio to sing the national anthem at a Cleveland Cavaliers game against the Brooklyn Nets. The group had the opportunity to sing the anthem at center court in front of a sold-out crowd of 19,432!

This is Top Twenty’s third year singing with the Cavs, and they hope to continue the partnership in the future! Director Todd Daquino expressed his appreciation for the experience, saying, “It never gets old. Not often do you get to perform for 20,000 people, and I’m so grateful that we can continue to do awesome things like this!”

Top Twenty now shifts its focus to competition season, which will begin January 14 at Kenton Middle School with their first winter clinic.
