Sweet Note Cafe owner and chef, Holly Layman Cannode, served as a food judge for the KMS culinary club on Friday, April 14th. Club advisor, Tina Hull, had students compete in a chopped challenge. Each student team received two required ingredients and had to choose at least one ingredient from the “pantry” before deciding what dish to make. Holly coached groups throughout their cooking process and answered their questions about running a restaurant.
