Kenton moves to 2-0 on the young season. The new field at Kenton was good to KSA as they beat Bellefontaine 7-1 on this special evening! After the ribbon cutting ceremony Kenton turned the pressure up on Bellefontaine. Kenton led 1-0 at the break thanks to a Josh Rich goal from Jose Velasquez. In the 2nd half Kenton turned the pressure up even more. Josh Rich was fouled two times in the box and converted both pks to give Kenton a 3-1 lead. Cris Lopez, Jose Velasquez, Marlon Lopez and Gus Wingfield finished the scoring for the 7-1 margin. Kenton outshot Bellefontaine 13-1 in the contest and took 14 corner kicks. Cats are back in action Saturday against Upper Sandusky. Girls play at 5 followed by the boys at 7. KSA wants to thank all those who made our new field possible! It was a joy to play on!
