The Kenton Boys Tennis team hosted Wapakoneta on Senior Night Friday and came away with their school record 6th WBL victory, winning 4-1. At 1st Singles, Garraden Wirbel defeated Brayden Hooker 6-3, 6-2. At 2nd Singles, Seth Spencer defeated Ian Bachar 6-0, 6-2. Richard Huang lost to Reese Schadl 1-6, 0-6 at 3rd Singles. At 1st Doubles, Wyatt Campbell/Cale Harsfield defeated Thomas Finkelmeier/Tyler Roberts 6-2, 6-1. At 2nd Doubles, Jack Whitmer/Ethan McNamara defeated Keaton Walker/Brayden Dickman 6-2, 4-6, 7-5. Kenton is now 7-5, 6-3 in the WBL. The Wildcats travel to Fostoria Monday.
