On Friday, May 20th, the Kenton-OHP FFA Chapter hosted their annual Ag Day at the Hardin County Fairgrounds. 3rd graders from Kenton Elementary School came to learn all about agriculture through ag-tivities.
The students rotated through nine stations, those of which included the following: enviroscape, soils, dairy/ice cream, animals, tractors, games, germs, flowers, and a guest speaker.
This year’s guest speaker was Jolene Buchenroth, and she demonstrated and taught the third graders how to lasso. The Kenton-OHP FFA hosted roughly 150 third graders for the day.
