The Kenton Wildcats Boys Tennis team traveled to Shawnee Monday night, losing 0-5. All 5 matches were very competitive even though the scores may not seem to show.
Garraden Wirbel lost to Lila Brennan 2-6, 3-6 at 1st Singles. At 2nd Singles, Seth Spencer lost to Mason Latham 1-6, 0-6. Brian Rogers, at 3rd Singles, lost to Chase Carpenter 2-6, 1-6. Cale Harshfield/Wyatt Campbell lost to Aidan Latham/Sailor Drury at 1st Doubles 1-6, 4-6. At 2nd Doubles, Jack Whitmer/Richard Huang lost to Brandt McGreevy/Sam Conrad 1-6, 0-6.
The Wildcats travel back to Lima Tuesday to take on Bath in another WBL contest.
