The Kenton Wildcat Boys Tennis team hosted River Valley Saturday morning for a non league match, winning 3 -2. At 1st Singles, Wyatt Campbell defeated Jordan Buckland 6-1, 6-4. Leighton Wirbel at 2nd Singles and Brian Rogers at 3rd Singles won by forfeit. At 1st Doubles, Ethan McNamara/Brady Cole lost a tough 3 set match to Ari Osborne/Sidney Osborne, 3-6, 6-4, 4-6. At 2nd Doubles, Jackson Blue/Gatlin Davis lost to Landon Bauer/Lizzie Newsome 6-7 (5-7), 3-6.
The Wildcats return to action Tuesday as they travel to Defiance for a WBL match.
